To niesamowite jak odcięcie się od toksycznych bodźców z czasem zwalnia „RAM” w głowie. Dzięki temu znów możemy się otworzyć na prozaiczne rzeczy jak słuchanie muzyki, czytanie książki czy spacer. Teraz docierają przede wszystkim te, wcześniej blokowane, pozytywne bodźce. 🌤️🌳🎶

Winter fun! When I was a kid I did a lot of sliding on big plastic bags:). I always hated the sled, I couldn’t steer it and I was afraid that I would brake my legs or something xD. So plastic bags were cheap, sleek and fast! It was a lot of fun, my Granma always took me to the nearby sliding place:).
