DiSandro is maybe the third most important person in the Eagles organization after Roseman and Sirianni.

DiSandro comes from a family of police and knows every cop in the Delaware Valley. He is rabbi to the players and has a terrific sense of who responds to what. He is crucial to their draft process. They would not have pulled the trigger on Carter without his say so.
